This São Paulo bachelor pad is an industrial- type loft developed by Diego Revollo for a young solitary attorney. The Brazilian designer was imagined to stand for the operator ’s character by delivering him with an open up, elegant and present day Industrial Loft. The layout is based on a non- standard masculine model, in which superior dark hues meet comfortable displays of delicate luxury. Occupying 100 square meters, the loft’s feeling of area was achieved by working with burned cement bricks to compose a uniform place that climbs up to the ceiling and continues to be shaped alongside the mezzanine walls. This cement exhibit was coated with a distinctive impermeable resin for water defense. Dwelling areas downstairs are composed of a substantial -ceiling living room flooded with light from a glass wall and the kitchen area and integrated eating area. A stair sales opportunities to the mezzanine, in which this semi- private room shows an outspoken combo of bedroom, lavatory and closet. This was the best remedy to enlarging the place and offer a completion of the downstairs dwelling room.
